Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov declined to comment when asked whether Russia would halt attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure if Kyiv ceased striking Russian oil refineries, according to Ukrainian state news agency Ukrinform.

The question followed a call by U.S. President Donald Trump for both sides to consider such a reciprocal cessation of attacks on critical energy infrastructure.
