Islamabad Authority Relocates 470 Trees From Underpass Site to Preserve Green Cover
The Capital Development Authority moved the trees from the Kashmir Chowk underpass project to Parade Ground Shakarparian, according to APP.
The Capital Development Authority (CDA) launched a major tree rescue and transplantation operation to save 470 trees standing in the alignment of the Kashmir Chowk underpass project on Srinagar Highway, according to the Associated Press of Pakistan (APP).
The trees are being relocated to Parade Ground Shakarparian and other suitable sites under the supervision of the CDA's Environment Wing, APP reported.
