Iranian Parliament Security Committee Chief Visits Mehr News Agency
Ebrahim Azizi met with Mehr Media Group's CEO during a tour of the agency's Tehran headquarters
TEHRAN – Ebrahim Azizi, chairman of the Iranian Parliament's National Security and Foreign Policy Commission, visited the Mehr Media Group on Monday, according to Mehr News Agency (MNA).
During the visit, Azizi toured the facilities of Mehr Media Group, which includes Mehr News Agency and Tehran Times, the report said.
Azizi met with Mohammad Mehdi Rahmati, CEO of Mehr Media Group, MNA reported. Details of the discussion between the two officials were not disclosed in the report.
Azizi's committee is responsible for overseeing matters related to national security and foreign policy within Iran's legislative body.
