Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi urged the use of existing capacities to expand cooperation with Iraq and Kazakhstan, according to IRNA.
The remarks came in separate meetings with Iran's new ambassador to Kazakhstan and its new consul general in the Iraqi city of Karbala, IRNA reported.
