Ansar Allah (Houthis) reported seven strikes on Yemen's Saada Province by Saudi warplanes, according to spokesman Yahya Saree. The Houthi group said it "confronted the Saudi aircraft using several domestically produced surface-to-air missiles," Saree stated.
No independent confirmation of the reported strikes or any casualties was immediately available. Saudi Arabia has conducted airstrikes in Yemen as part of a military campaign against Houthi forces since 2015.
