Gaza's government media office has held Israel responsible for the collapse of the Al-Saada building, which it says killed 21 Palestinians, according to Anadolu Agency.

The office said an Israeli strike hit the building's foundations and first and second floors in October 2023, causing severe structural damage, Anadolu Agency reported.
