Fugitive property developer Jean Nassif, 58, appeared via video link from his Beirut bedroom Tuesday at the Independent Commission Against Corruption inquiry, declaring he could not be silenced as he ranted about "crook" politicians and proclaimed his innocence during an expletive-laden statement to counsel assisting Peggy Dwyer.
Nassif's remote appearance comes as he faces investigation by the NSW anti-corruption watchdog while remaining outside Australia.
