A regional train (TER) derailed near Cléon in the Seine-Maritime department of France, injuring 44 people, Le Monde reported.
The causes of the accident have not yet been determined, and France's interior minister said Sunday that authorities needed to "remain extremely cautious," according to the report. Both a judicial and a technical investigation have been opened, Le Monde said.
