A former detention officer in Guilford County, North Carolina, faces forgery charges in connection with 20 allegedly forged Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainment documents, The Guardian reported.
Guilford County Sheriff Danny H. Rogers said the county magistrate's office notified his office of a potentially forged court document submitted by detention officer Michael Diehl, 40, according to the report.
