FIA Arrests Human Smuggling Suspect at Islamabad Airport Over Denmark Visa Fraud Case

The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Islamabad Zone has arrested a man wanted in connection with an alleged human smuggling case involving fraudulent Denmark employment visas, according to a report by the Associated Press of Pakistan (APP).
Officials said the suspect was attempting to leave the country when his name triggered an alert on the Integrated Border Management System (IBMS) stop list during immigration clearance at the airport in Islamabad.
According to the FIA, the man had been wanted in connection with an investigation into alleged fraud related to employment visas for Denmark, which reportedly involved human smuggling activities.
The FIA did not immediately release further details regarding the specific charges against the suspect, the number of alleged victims, or the scale of the smuggling operation. It was not immediately clear when further legal proceedings against the suspect would take place.
