Selon Pablo Servigne, chercheur, et Véronique de Geoffroy, directrice de Groupe URD (organisation humanitaire), le projet de loi de modernisation de la sécurité civile présenté mardi devrait reconnaître l'aide apportée par les volontaires durant les incendies estivaux.
Les auteurs soulignent que lors des crises, l'État doit soutenir les initiatives d'entraide plutôt que de les contrôler, en s'appuyant sur l'exemple de la mobilisation citoyenne observée cet été lors des feux de forêt.
