According to the report, the warnings followed remarks by Poland's prime minister, Donald Tusk, who told parliament that intelligence assessments suggested Russia might launch an attack with drones or missiles on NATO territory in the coming months, as part of an effort to show that NATO's Article 5 mutual-defense clause is 'more theoretical than practical.'
