European Governments Report Rising Pattern of Suspected Russian Hybrid Attacks

A series of incidents across Central and Eastern Europe, including drone explosions, violations of national airspace, and arson attacks, has drawn growing attention from governments in the region, who say the pattern points to an intensifying campaign of hybrid warfare linked to Russia's war against Ukraine.

Governments describe a deliberate pattern
