The European Union's foreign policy chief called on European lawmakers to strengthen measures against Russian hybrid warfare.
Kaja Kallas, the EU's High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, told European Parliament members that "Putin will not stop unless he is stopped," according to Anadolu Agency.
