ESPN Releases Week 2 PPR and IDP Fantasy Football Rankings
The sports outlet published composite positional rankings for standard and individual defensive player formats, along with separate superflex rankings from analyst Eric Karabell.

ESPN has published its Week 2 fantasy football rankings, offering composite positional evaluations for quarterbacks, running backs, wide receivers, tight ends and team defense/special teams units, according to the outlet.
The rankings are provided in two formats: points-per-reception (PPR) scoring and individual defensive player (IDP) leagues, ESPN said. PPR formats award fantasy points for every reception a player records, while IDP leagues allow managers to draft and score individual defensive players rather than relying solely on team defense units.
In addition to the standard composite rankings, ESPN fantasy analyst Eric Karabell contributed separate rankings tailored to superflex leagues, a format that permits managers to start an additional quarterback in a flexible roster spot, the outlet reported.
The rankings are intended to help fantasy football participants set their weekly lineups ahead of Week 2 of the season, according to ESPN's report.
ESPN did not specify individual player rankings within the publicly available excerpt of the report.
