Egyptian officials say the Suez Canal remains safe with maritime traffic operating normally, according to Anadolu Agency.
The chairman of the Suez Canal Authority said canal revenues rose 56.7% in August compared with a year earlier, reaching $567.1 million, Anadolu reported.
