ISLAMABAD - Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Islamabad Ali Waseem visited Khanna Police Station on Monday, according to a report by the Associated Press of Pakistan (APP).

During the visit, DIG Waseem inspected several sections of the police station, including the front desk, record room and lock-up, an official told APP.

The official said the DIG reviewed the functioning of these sections as part of the visit.

DIG Waseem also met with citizens present at the station to hear their complaints and problems, according to the report.

The visit was described by APP as part of efforts to review public service delivery and record management at the police station.
