Le Conseil d'Etat a examiné, jeudi 24 septembre, un recours déposé par des députés du Rassemblement national contestant la nomination d'Amélie de Montchalin à la tête de la Cour des comptes, rapporte Le Monde.
Il s'agit de la seconde contestation de cette nomination portée devant la justice administrative par des élus du parti.
Selon Le Monde, le rapporteur public a jugé la requête irrecevable lors de l'audience, ce qui pourrait conduire à un rejet rapide de l'action en justice engagée par les députés RN.
La décision définitive du Conseil d'Etat sur ce recours n'a pas encore été rendue publique.
