Christian Pulisic Says He Wants to Remain at AC Milan Amid Contract Talks

United States men's national team forward Christian Pulisic said he wants to stay at AC Milan as the Italian club continues discussions over a new contract, according to ESPN.

Pulisic described scoring his first club goal of 2026 as a "big relief," suggesting the forward had been eager to contribute more directly in front of goal after a quieter start to the year by his usual standards.

The American has become one of Milan's most prominent attacking players since joining the club and has established himself as a key figure for the US men's national team as it prepares for upcoming international competition.

Contract discussions between Pulisic and AC Milan are ongoing, though specific terms, length, or financial details of any prospective new deal have not been disclosed publicly. Pulisic's comments suggest he sees his long-term future at the San Siro rather than seeking a move elsewhere.

Milan has not issued its own statement on the status of the negotiations. Pulisic's contract situation, along with his on-field form, is likely to remain a storyline for the club as the season progresses.

Pulisic's performances for Milan have also been closely watched by US national team followers, given his central role in the squad's attack heading into major upcoming tournaments.
