Veteran forward Chris Kreider, 35, has agreed to terms on a one-year contract with the Montreal Canadiens, according to ESPN.
The deal, reached Saturday, comes after Kreider mutually terminated his previous contract with the Anaheim Ducks earlier in the week, ESPN reported.
Kreider has scored 348 goals and recorded 632 points over the course of his National Hockey League career, per ESPN.
Details on the financial terms of the new agreement with Montreal were not immediately available.
