A crime scene was established on Waratah Road in Valley Heights after emergency services responded to reports of three children and a woman with stab wounds found in a vehicle, police said in a statement Sunday afternoon cited by the Guardian.
Police said they ‘are not looking for any other people at this time,’ according to the report.
