A British woman has spoken publicly for the first time about the alleged abduction, torture and coercion of her husband by Saudi authorities, following nine years of unsuccessful diplomatic efforts. Businessman Rami Naimi was first abducted in Dubai in 2017 upon his return from a trip to Australia with his father, according to his wife Mira Lozi.
Naimi was reportedly tortured before being released the following year. Lozi's decision to speak out comes after what she describes as failed quiet diplomacy efforts to address the case.
