Former UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson called for frozen Russian assets to be unfrozen and used to support Ukraine, after evacuating a train that came under drone attack, Anadolu Agency reported.
Johnson said "the Ukrainians are going to win," according to the report, adding that this had become clear to him during a recent visit to the country.
