Bonnie Greer, a British-American novelist, playwright and cultural commentator known for regular appearances on current affairs television, has died aged 77. Her husband David Hutchins said in a statement that she died Tuesday evening after a brief illness.
Hutchins described her in the statement as someone to be remembered for her "warmth, humour and generosity."
