Birmingham Rep stages sensory-heavy adaptation of The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time

A new production of "The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time," staged by Ned Bennett for Birmingham Rep and Melting Pot, has been reviewed by The Guardian.

According to the review, actor Alex Keenan captures the bewilderment and cheeriness of protagonist Chris, a 15-year-old on the autism spectrum, in Simon Stephens' adaptation of Mark Haddon's young adult novel.

The Guardian's review describes the staging as an inventive and sensory-heavy production, noting the show is touring until May 28.
