ووفقا للنتائج المؤقتة لاقتراع 23 سبتمبر، حصل حزب الأصالة والمعاصرة على 97 مقعدا في مجلس النواب، متقدما على التجمع الوطني للأحرار الذي حصل على 66 مقعدا، وحزب الاستقلال الذي حصل على 65 مقعدا.
وتمثل هذه النتيجة المرة الأولى التي يتصدر فيها الحزب نتائج الانتخابات التشريعية منذ تأسيسه قبل 18 عاما.
