فنلندا: المحكمة العليا تبرئ ضابطين بعد نزع حجاب قسراً عن طالبتي لجوء
بعد تسع سنوات من التقاضي، قضت المحكمة العليا الفنلندية بأن الشرطة لم تخالف القانون عند نزع غطاء الرأس عن طالبتي لجوء مسلمتين، في قرار أثار انتقادات من منظمات إسلامية أميركية.

قضت المحكمة العليا في فنلندا بتبرئة ضابطي شرطة من تهمة نزع حجاب طالبتي لجوء مسلمتين قسراً واستخدام القوة معهما، لتضع بذلك حداً لقضية استمرت تسع سنوات في أروقة القضاء الفنلندي.
وبحسب القرار، خلصت المحكمة إلى أن نزع غطاء الرأس جاء في سياق إجراء أمني اعتيادي تقوم به الشرطة، وأنه لا يشكل مخالفة قانونية تستوجب إدانة الضابطين.
وأثار الحكم ردود فعل منتقدة من منظمات إسلامية، إذ أدان مجلس العلاقات الأمريكية الإسلامية القرار، معرباً عن تضامنه مع الجالية المسلمة في فنلندا، ومعتبراً أن نزع الحجاب قسراً يمس بحرية المعتقد.
ولم تتوفر بعد تفاصيل إضافية عن هوية الضابطين أو الخطوات القانونية المقبلة التي قد تلجأ إليها الطالبتان عقب صدور الحكم.
