Amnesty International révèle dans un rapport l'existence d'une chaîne de commandement responsable de la mise en œuvre d'une politique d'État consistant à utiliser la force meurtrière pour écraser les manifestations de 2022, qui ont fait des centaines de morts selon l'ONG.
L'organisation identifie 87 représentants des autorités qu'elle estime devraient faire l'objet d'enquêtes pour crimes contre l'humanité liés au soulèvement « Femme, vie, liberté ».
