AfD Leads Exit Poll in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern State Election
The far-right party polled ahead of the governing SPD, with the Left Party in third, according to TASS.
The Alternative for Germany (AfD) party led an exit poll in the state election in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern with approximately 37% of the vote, according to TASS.
The Social Democratic Party (SPD) followed with around 35.5%, while the Left Party polled at about 7.5%, TASS reported.
