A former Family Dollar store in New Orleans' Lower Ninth Ward that appears abandoned from the outside, its walls covered in graffiti, has been converted into a free store, according to NPR News.
Inside, the building holds a range of donated items including clothing, home goods, toys and books, all of which are given away at no cost, NPR reported.
The space also functions as a roller skating rink, according to the report.
