Moscow's Defense Ministry says operations are continuing to establish a security zone in Ukraine's Sumy and Kharkiv regions.

A Russian aerial bomb hit a residential building in the eastern city of Sumy on Friday, leaving at least two dead and seven injured, according to Ukrainian officials.
Spokesperson Demchenko says enemy forces could increase sabotage operations along Ukraine's northern border, with additional troop transfers to Chernihiv region not ruled out.
The injury toll from a Russian attack in Ukraine's Sumy region has risen to six people.
