Departments have been paying social media influencers as part of communication campaigns, alongside traditional media such as television and newspapers, according to BBC Politics.

Economy spokesman Robert Jenrick tells party conference Reform UK will be the "party of fiscal responsibility".

The party says the proposed increase would be funded by an £80bn cut to public spending, according to BBC Politics.
